  • Composition: Vit. E, C, Folic acid, B1, B2, B6, B12, nicotinamide, pantothenic acid, copper, zinc.

  • The doses of Vit. E, C, B1, B2, B6, B12, pantothenic acid and nicotinamide are above the recommended dietary allowance (rda) in pregnancy.
  • The doses of zinc and folic acid are within the rda.
  • No fetal harm reported from high doses of Vit. E or B12.
  • No rda for copper.
  • High doses of Vit. C are a possible cause of anencephaly and infantile convulsions: Aka Salaam attacaks. Rare form of epilepsy usually between 3 and 8 months of age. They are spasms or involuntary flexing of the whole upper body">infantile scurvy.
  • High doses of Vit. B6 are a possible cause of phocomelia and infantile convulsions: Aka Salaam attacaks. Rare form of epilepsy usually between 3 and 8 months of age. They are spasms or involuntary flexing of the whole upper body">infantile convulsions.
  • Vit. B1 excess is a possible cause of anencephaly.
