  • Reported transient polycythemia and hyperbilirubinemia in infants exposed to the drug in utero.
  • In combination chemotherapy of this drug with cyclophosphamide and radiation rectovaginal fistula and imperforate anus were reported. Can cause stillbirth if used in pregnancy.
  • May cause reversible testicular dysfunction.
  • Occupational exposure of pregnant women to antineoplastic agents may present a risk to the fetus including fetal loss and malformations.
