  • The doses of vitamin B1,B2,B6, B12, nicotinamide, calcium, pantothenate and Vit C are above the recommended dietary allowance (rda) in pregnancy.
  • No fetal harm has been reported with high doses of Vit B12.
  • No well - controlled human data but suggested possible association between high doses of: 1.Vit B1 and anencephaly. 2.Vit B6 and phocomelia, infantile convulsions: Aka Salaam attacaks. Rare form of epilepsy usually between 3 and 8 months of age. They are spasms or involuntary flexing of the whole upper body">infantile convulsions. 3.Vit C and anencephaly, infantile convulsions: Aka Salaam attacaks. Rare form of epilepsy usually between 3 and 8 months of age. They are spasms or involuntary flexing of the whole upper body">infantile scurvy.
