  • Composition: vitamin A (5.000), calciferol 500 (Iu), ascorbic acid (50), B1 (2.5mg), B2 (2.5 mg), B6 (1mg), nicotinamide, calcium pantothenate (5mg), atocopherol.

  • The doses of Vit. B1, B2, D are above the recommended dietary allowance (rda) in pregnancy.
  • High doses of cholecalciferol are teratogenic in animals, no adequate human data but reported association between high doses and supravalvular aortic stenosis syndrome and idiopathic hypercalcemia of infancy.
  • Controversial association between high doses of thiamine and an encephaly.
  • No fetal harm has been reported with calcium pantothenate use in pregnancy.
